Lipomatic 3 – liposuction w/ NIL – Demonstration by Dr. Avelino Monteiro
There are many techniques to perform a liposuction but no one can equal the precision, the safety and the results provided by the Lipomatic. The Lipomatic is a device using the Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture (NIL®), a variant of the vibrolipo. The goal is to emulsify the fat in order to gently aspirate the adipose cells without wrenching and considerably reducing the risks inherent to other lipolysis techniques such as oedemas, bruises, blooding, necrosis. This patented technology allows a selective lipoaspiration, a better skin retraction, operation in local anaesthesia, a more comfortable work for the surgeon which means a higher precision, a shorter operation time, a shorter and more comfortable recovery for the patients, and so on.
